Theatre Cap Challenge was raised by an Australian anaesthetist to improve the patient's safety. Imagine you are working in the theatre, but you do not know/remember your colleagues' name. You might need to ask help quickly (eg. the patient is bleeding, arrested), but you cannot simply do that, because you don't know your colleagues' name. This is simple but such a great idea!
