Hi everyone! Sorry for the delayed episode. I'm not sure if you've read my bio, but I am a Marine Corps Veteran. One of the medical issues I have is tendinitis in both arms (stretching from my elbow down to my hands). It flared up this past week so I was unable to move my hands for a couple of days which kept me from working on this episode. Thank you for your patience!
