A murderer nicknamed "The 10 yen killer" prowls the city’s streets, evading the police and always looking for his next victim. To highschooler Hiro Anmari, all of this should just be another news headline. With his impeccable memory, however, he notices things other people don’t. And one day, as his teacher, Akihito Idai, enters the classroom, Hiro comes to a shocking conclusion - Idai is The 10 yen killer!
