Everyone jokes about having depression or OCD. So did Mayumi up until she started seeing and hearing things that weren't there. But she didn't realize it was an issue or actual thing until she found herself suddenly in the hospital and medicated. Now, between trying to stay out of the hospital and keeping a steady job, Mayumi eases into her mental illness and building a community around it.
