Set in the late 80s Lauren is a recent high school graduate working late-night shifts at a small diner with her best friend, Kate. One quiet night near closing time, a strange masked man enters. He speaks cryptically to Lauren, warning her about the world after midnight how things might not be what they seem. As days pass, things grow more surreal and disturbing visions, glitches in reality, and eerie behavior from the people around her.
