The story takes place in a provincial town somewhere in the post-Soviet space in the early 2000s. The protagonist enters college and gets into a number of dangerous situations that will not allow him to stay away from the events taking place in the town. A lot of left wing architecture, decline, nature and human behavior in different situations, typical and not very.
