Magic is scarce, it can be learned by few, sometimes gifted by a god if you are an avant follower, yet it’s the rarest to be born with it. And almost always perfectly fine and stable…almost always. If you have magic, learned, gifted, or born with it, you’re seen as one of the blessed children…but thats not always the case, and then you have to hide it.
