Ex-corpo science experiment, Shrug, wanders the new deserts as a Job-man. The bionic implants that he was forced to receive give him unique abilities, abilities that other might be upset about or woe over. Shrug, however, uses them to his advantage, slowly figuring out what kind of human he wants to be. It gets lonely out in the desert. Shrug wants you to join him on his adventures, even if he doesn't know it yet.
