I use to think that friends and family were the first class supporters, but not ALL of them though. �� I learn to say no now. I need to be a gatekeeper of my own sanity. I didn't mind, It's part of being 'the giving me', but I quickly realized that if I value my work others will do the same. ✌��This isn't about being selfish, it's about me taking care of me.
