Its a supernatural romance set in rainy, small-town Japan. Hiroto, a grieving seventeen-year-old boy who has lost all will to feel, keeps seeing a mysterious girl in a yellow dress who appears only in the rain completely dry, visible to no one else and vanishes the moment he speaks to her. Each time she disappears, the rain slows around him, as though time itself is hesitating.
