My ADD makes me incredibly forgetful! To keep track of my appointments, deadlines and other obligations I keep two planners, one physical and one digital that syncs with my phone and laptop, as well as a calendar for holidays and birthdays. Being constantly confronted with the information when I open my notebook or unlock my smart phone has been very helpful to get me to finish my work on time!
