The world is forced to retreat into tiny little villages in the advent of magic. A tale from long ago speculates a certain person named "Aeon" got so powerful he Cursed the entire world for generations. A seemingly unassuming girl receives new powers and befriends a robot in order to try and end Aeon's Curse.
