17 year old Artemis hates people, misbehaves at school and has no future. Her school decides to send her and the other detention kids to a behaviour camp, but on the way there is a large earthquake and their bus is attacked by monsters. Where did these things come from? What’s happened to the sky? Where is everyone? Artemis and her classmates must work together in order to survive and find the cause of this sudden outbreak of vicious monsters.
