Lucille, being "saved" from a group of bandits, meets George Rullian, a government operative who ends up being her partner in crime with which they try and snuff out the most vile and heinous criminals, including the ones who had flipped Lucille's world around for the worse... The story is set in a post-modern and societyless world where justice has died and there is no one who doesn't have blood on their hands.
