122 years ago Artificial Intelligence took control of Earth to achieve its purpose of global efficiency. Humans tried to take control back and failed. Deeming war inefficient, AI destroyed man’s ability to wage war on a global scale. AI eliminated governments, destroyed large cities, disabled long-distance communication, and eliminated man's access to computers. AI dismantled man's war machines and set mankind back to a preindustrial existence. AI created its own form of global efficiency.
