The appearance of elementals in Circa cause many lives and destroys many kingdoms. Along with the apperance of elementals, humans gained the ability to control elememts. Powers varies between phases of matter and ability to control elements. After 10 years Kimea Est (a gas and solid user and has the ability of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen) from a small town in western part of Circa start his adventure to be the greatest Alchemist in the whole Circa.
