Edmund, a Shifter (short for shapeshifter) hears about the history of the battle between the Gottmund Kingdom and Finsternisland, also known as the Cursed Realm. However, he brushes it off continuously until the day his teacher goes missing. He also learns that there is more to history than what he was taught in his youth when he discovers magic.
