To clarify the don't work with a jerk philosophy in regards to a demo reel, this includes but is not limited to: not linking to the people whose Rigs you used to animate, not listing which work was yours in a multiple animator scene like a chase or fight scene, or of course outright lying about work you didn't do. They'll find out and you'll get blacklisted since the industry is very close knit.
