Evanston, a small fogbound town on the coast of Lake Michigan is cursed. Detective Kat Underwood is investigating the cold case of Riley Yamada. The station has been getting sightings of Riley around town a year after her homicide. And that’s not the only thing that seems…off. As the days pass, Kat’s investigation into Riley’s case turns up more questions than answers.
