Even with the stabilization of the Organization of the Great Future (OGF) bringing peace and stability to all nations, separatism, thought to have been eradicated long ago, is reemerging more and more. To combat it, the OGF creates a division that invites Cecília, commonly known as Ceci, an animalistic maned wolf, to help them with this mission.
