Year 2085, Japan manage to create a system called ZERO, the most dangerous system that has ever made. With ZERO, you can rule all over the world within one second. Many countries want to get that system, but Japan refuse to give it and decided to lock down the system. The obsessed country declare a war in order to get the system. A 16 years old Kinoshita Ryu, wants to reveal his friend true identity, but as he reveal her true identity he also reveal his own true identity and his past memories.
