Sinners are given a second chance of entering the afterlife by becoming "Atoners", grim reapers given the task of cleaning up misguided souls. Mitsume awakens and is suddenly assigned the role of Atoner along with a bubbly gal named Julie, but what sin did he even commit that he needs to amend?
