wielding a wristband that contains micro bots connected to his brain that is not only able to cover any part of his body with unearth like metal, but can also enhance his human like abilities like strength, and durability giving him enough power to even pull the moon. This is Carl Cruise .a.k.a Stagger, he volunteered as a test subject for B.E.A ( Bio enhance association) they're the one's who developed the micro bots for Carl. The experiment was going well, maybe all to well.
