Andy, a guitar faithful hipster, moves in with his new roommate Mark, an attempted ladies man, who just started his brand new sales job at a software company. There, he meets Big Ben and his lovable but sometimes motherly girlfriend Jen. Based on a True Story tells the strikingly close to home adventures of four friends coping with the nine to five grind, and attempting to live out their twenties in a memorable fashion.
