After the Great War, a small country discovered a new weapon that gave humans the power to repel large armies. However, the use of this weapon raises the question: when you wield it, are you still human? The story follows a boy from a militaristic family who is trying to lift a curse and summon the courage to grow stronger and connect with his father. As he gets closer to gaining strength, he begins to uncover the reasons behind his father's departure.
