Sometimes it’s hard to express our inner feelings on the outside weather that’s how we act or what we say. Sometimes I find it really hard to express how I’m feeling on the inside through words, and it takes a bit for me to process them. When things like this happen, it can be really scary but trust yourself and take the time to work through those feelings.
