Without a maternal figure, and with a father who blamed her for the death of her mother, Cloud has to grow up and overcome her many struggles on her own. As she never had a healthy, responsible role model in her life, who would teach her healthy ways of coping, Cloud resorts to daydreaming in order to escape her dark reality. One fateful afternoon, in order to save a strange cat, she runs into the forest, where she finds herself standing before a mysterious bridge she's never seen before..
