Young artist Luca(BHA) makes a comic of his character being recruited by Illuminati-worshipping dogs to protect their pyramid from cats. Funnily enough, this situation happens to Luca in real life, and he is armed with a magical stylus. However, he's up against much more than just cats; the cats work under the fascist dictator of GermAustria, Kaiser, who plots to take over the universe. It is up to Luca to protect the dogs from cats and save the universe from Kaiser's rule.
