A man with the power to control minds awakens in an unfamiliar world with no memories of his life, or even the most basic principles of being alive. Simple things like vegetables, love, and reading are foreign to him. Shortly after his awakening, the tyrannical Red Elves, who live on islands that float in the sky, wage war with the human world below. He and some companions, Elven and Human alike must travel across both worlds to end the war and escape persecution.
