Vampires have lived for millions of years in clans, hiding and blending with humans. Vampires have to feast on a human once a month, so they make sure to find a human with delicious blood, and a horrible life with no one to miss them. Clan leader Cedric comes upon 16 year old Marcus who has a deceased mother, abusive father, and sells himself for money for college. Not to mention his blood smells amazing and exquisite, the perfect human. Something goes wrong though, binding both him and Marcus.
