Shin is the captain of the gang called “BLK”, his goal is to declare war on the evil and corrupted 12 (aka POLICE FORCE) and win, the only way he could accomplish this goal is to, create a gang strong enough that could rival the bloods (aka CHI) and CRIPS (aka KIRINIKU. The BLOODS and CRIPS are the most fearful and powerful gangs in history. Can shin and his gang even come close?.
