Blackwall is a city known for pushing the envelope of technology. Although these technologies were designed to help people with day-to-day lives, some quickly realized that they could be exploited to aid criminals or to create beefed-up super soldiers. In the year 2116, an ex-mercenary left with no name other than his former callsign, “Jakal” finds himself trying to work a low-class job trying to forget about his previous life. However, he soon learns that nobody is able to run from their past.
