Everyone wants to find succes in life. The famous treasures of Halcyon are rumoured to grant just that. In the city of Halcyon, a new recruit joins the theft and robbery department of the Halcyon police with the dream of capturing the famous phantom thief 'Blue Blemish'. However, it seems his new colleagues are known for being lazy fools who don't accomplish anything! Will he be able to handle his new colleagues and capture Blue Blemish? Or is there more than meets the eye?
