Ryu's been nothing but a sluggish boy with an interest in cold cases and a little drinking problem for as long as he seems to remember. After a sudden incident almost leaves him dead, he discovers he‘s gained a strange power; one that helps him solve cases faster than anyone else ever could. As he reluctantly puts his skill to use, the news catch up on him. And so does his estranged childhood friend, Fox, whose sister Hyejin has gone missing in a swirl of neon lights several years ago.
