In a world full of people who have superpowers, there is a girl, Kageyama Kei, who has a superpower that is difficult to control and to some extent unknown. Kageyama Kei joins the Yoshi Hero's Academy in order to learn how to control her power. Will she be able to control it? Or will she lose control?
