Gheists. Monsters born from the possession of Polters, manifestations of ones soul. These Polters possess objects, or even the dead bodies of people and create the monsters known as Gheists. Enter Shudo Tufugo, a sixteen year old kid who swears he saw his parents turn into Gheists. After reports of people turning into Gheists start to rapidly surface, Shudo enlists in the Gheist Defense Unit(G.D.U) to unearth the mystery behind people turning into Gheists, or is this all a big coincidence?
