Lisa, sixteen, is annoyed at having to spend a boring and lonely summer at her grandparents' borgo (small town) on the seaside. Diana is seventeen, she lives in the borgo and she's excited about spending the afternons with her friends and the mornings selling ice-cream at the family stand. Neither of them could have predicted what happens as their gazes meet and Borgo Pollo becomes the setting for a young and sweet love story and a summer full of adventures.
