In the year 1953, scientists make a breakthrough. They have found a way to preserve human consciousness in the flesh of ‘un-rotting’ fruit; their first glimpse of true immortality. This secret was never revealed to the public, as these tests were illegally held on death row convicts. But in 1955, the unethical nature of these tests were exposed to the government, and it was promptly abandoned. 71 years later, after mutating into an abomination, GO-R1 emerges from the rubble.
