BURNING RIOT A young rebel vigilante, known as Kai, lives in a country where the authorities are careless and have lack of empathy. One day, the authorities suddenly stated that superhumans like Kai are harmful and infectious. The statement caused a widespread conflict between non superhumans and superhumans.
