Butterfly “I will never leave you.” That is the promise Cove made to her little brother that night, many years ago, when immigration agents took their mother away. But now almost 6 years later, Cove is nearing her 18th birthday and as a result is aging out of the system. The same system that has spit her and her brother out time and time again but remains legally binding. Now Cove must make a decision to answer the looming question: Can she keep what little family she has left from being torn apart?
