CAPES CAPES is a fictional series set in a dystopian world set in the late 20th century. In this world, humans have discovered superhuman abilities through chemistry and have gifted a handful of earth's population superhuman abilities. However, the government, now mostly ran by corrupt politicians and monopoly-hungry business leaders, established a ruling against these superhumans or "capes". "We don't kill heroes, we end mistakes. They just happen to wear the same capes."
