Captain Obvious and his band of friends--Private Prankster, Major Meltdown, Sergeant Sarcasm, Lieutenant Liar and Dr. Delu team up against Captain Obvious' long-time rival, Admiral Agitator. While it may be difficult for the team to get along sometimes, they always know how to work things out.
