Captain Q-Tip and his sidekick Toothpick Tom are heroes, along with many others across the land such as Mistress Mascara, Mr. Floor, Mrs. Rebell, and Magudes. They must work together to stop crime from Generic Robber, Earmax, Wall-Breaker, and more. (This started out as an inside joke from middle school band.)
