Cat and Rat is a story about two college students to face the hand of fate and bring each other into their lives, Cat named Christophr, a charming, shy college student age 19 who does college wrestling, and majors in art students and architecture and listens to music in their spare time. Rat named- Ratt a sly sleepy college student age 20 who majors in mechanics and construction who likes to sleep and listen to music in their spare time. will they fall in love? or will they be sworn enemies?
