The story is set in the 2000s and focuses on a group of delinquents aged 16 to 17 who happen to live with supernatural abilities, they plan to face off the new evil and corrupt government they're living in. They learn to cope with the atrocities and unfairness they encounter, and use their gifted strengths to fight back for their country and prevent world domination.
