You know I was hesitant to take meds for years? It's a big scary step and it's always a compromise between benefits and downsides, always a balancing act. Even worse, once I got on an SSRI that worked, I went off it and wound up making things WORSE. Be sure to listen to your body, because sometimes your head doesn't get the memo. Aiming for releases bi-weekly! Give or take a few days :D
