This episode is narration-heavy, as Hans is mute. Is he unable to talk, or does he just chose not to? The world may never know, because Hans keeps his secrets buttoned up tighter than a drum. (He actually can talk, but it's very difficult and painful for him to do so due to an old injury, so he doesn't.)
