City Monster the art is so bad but trust me the story is REALLY good. its about a boy, in his world there are monsters but who created them? the monsters can drain out energy from anything and it can destroy a human. There are monster hunters meaning they hunt monsters and destroy them everyone in the world has powers you just have to activate them. There are only 5 powers. The boy somehow was different, he was born like everybody else but he had something that no one else had.....
