Earth only progressively gets worse. in the year 2589, earths sky’s are shrouded in pollution. relying on artificial sunlight only can last so long. Before a genius creates a groundbreaking invention, that allows people to ride on clouds. As popular as it was it was dangerous it soon became illegal. This act can bind most, but definitely not rebellious street rat’s, and by the year 2610 Cloud races legally or not were definitely taking place. What will Carlos do once he discovers these races?
