An experiment in the 80's goes wrong and now a percentage of the town seem... different? And to make things worse, the government is onto the whole situation. Set in an English seaside town, can these so called "heroes" make it out of this, while facing the ghosts of their pasts? Maybe, just maybe, this story will have a happy ending. But happy endings aren't always guaranteed...
